I pray this correspondence finds you living in the joy of Jesus. It is with great pleasure that the Host Committee of the new Midwest Conference and Bethel AME Church invite you to the Historic 1st Annual Midwest Conference.
The combined Annual Conferences will be held August 24 -31, 2008 at the Hilton Garden Inn, 520 Minnesota Ave, Kansas City, Kansas 66101. The room rates are $84.00 per night. Please make your reservation by calling 1-800 Hiltons, (1-800-445-8667), and ask for the A.M.E. Conference. We are anticipating a large crowd so make your reservations early.

Men’s Choir
Dear Christian Friends,
The Historic Midwest conference is quickly approaching and this year we are planning to have a Midwest Conference Men’s choir for Thursday the 28th .On that night we support ecumenical relations / Turner and Payne Seminary’s and men’s ministry. A men’s night choir is being formed and we invite you, our Christian brothers, to come and lift up praises to God in song! Musicians are invited to come as well! There is room for everybody. If travel distance is too far or there is a conflict in your schedule and you can not attend the rehearsals then we will provide a compact disc (CD) so that you may know the music and participate in the Midwest Conference Men’s Choir.
